The long-requested tournament format is finally ready. Everyone will use the same kit in this tournament; the items in your chest, your rank, or your level won't affect the outcome. All you need to win is to get along well with your teammate and read the arena well.
Rules
Matches are played as best of three in the first three rounds, and the semifinals and final are best of five. Each round lasts at most four minutes; when time runs out, the team with the higher total remaining health wins. A player who disconnects gets a one-time return window of up to two minutes.
Anti-cheat will run more strictly throughout the tournament, and all matches will be recorded. Team names may not contain profanity, advertising, or the name of another community.
Prizes and spectating
The top three teams will earn an in-game title, a profile badge, and BoxPvP store credit. The semifinal and final matches will be broadcast in spectator mode; you can use the /spectate command to enter the arena and follow the matches live. To register, just post your team name and the usernames of both players in the tournament channel on Discord.
