Guides are the team's friendliest face to players. They answer newcomers' questions, help keep chat enjoyable, and pass any problems they see on to the moderators. They have no authority to punish; their main job is to help.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for players who are at least fourteen years old, haven't received any punishment in the last three months, and can be active for at least ten hours a week. Knowing at least one of the game modes well and being patient matter more than experience. You don't need to have held a role in another community before.
Guiding is voluntary. The only condition for staying on the team is to keep respecting the rules and being kind to players.
How does the process work?
After you fill out the application form, the team reads your answers. Candidates who look like a good fit have a short voice chat on Discord. Those who pass the interview begin a two-week trial period, during which an experienced guide works alongside them. Results are announced by email no later than ten days after applications close.
