KasabaMC is made up of multiple game modes, and at first they can all look a bit crowded. Don't worry: the signposts at spawn and the guide team are there to help you. First, connect to the server with the address kasabamc.com and type /rules to read the chat rules.
The first fifteen minutes
Pick one of the portals at spawn to jump into a game mode. If you're undecided, we recommend starting with Survival, which has the simplest rules. Your starter kit is given to you automatically the first time you join. Right after that, type /quests to open the starter quests; the first five quests introduce you to the mode's basic commands.
If you run into a problem, don't hesitate to ask in chat. Players with a green guide tag next to their name are there to help newcomers.
The next forty-five minutes
Pick a spot, set up your claim, and build your first shelter. You can use a golden shovel to see the borders of your claim. Place your bed before nightfall. When the hour is up, don't forget to link your account on the website to your game account; that way you won't miss vote rewards or event announcements. Have fun!
